Custom sidebar menu subtitle or description not showing

Hi,
The subtitle on a custom sidebar menu is not showing. The subtitle works fine in the horizontal top Mega Menu.

To the left, under "GUMMIDUK" there is suppose to be a subtitle showing. Is this not supported by the theme, if so, is there a quick solution to make it work?
